Eating Competitions

Watermelon eating contest

Whether you want to compete or cheer on your friend, join us for a variety of fun, food competitions!

All competitions take place Saturday on the Main Stage in the Entertainment Zone. Here's a list of our 2024 events.

  • Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest (Youth & Adult): 12:30 p.m. Winners receive a gift card to How Sweet It Is!
  • Watermelon Eating Contest (Youth & Adult): 1:30 p.m. Winners receive a gift card to How Sweet It Is!
  • Pie Speed Eating Contest (Youth & Adult): 2:30 p.m. Winners receive a gift package from The Ugly Pie!
  • Wing War (Ages 18+): 4:30 p.m.: Survive three rounds of eating progressively hotter wings. The competitor who eats all the wings in the shortest amount of time wins. Winner receives a championship belt and a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card.

How to compete:

  • It's free to compete but space is limited.
  • Sign up begins at 11 a.m. at tent located near the Main Stage.
  • Competitors must sign a waiver.
  • Contestants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
