Chase The Chicken 5K

Update (8/17/21): Chase The Chicken has been canceled. Registered runners will be refunded.

We've partnered up with TCR Event Management for the annual Chase the Chicken. This year's course has been bumped up to a full 5K (3.1 mile) race. All runners receive a race t-shirt and a chicken dinner. Winners of each age group will receive awards.

Register by Monday, Aug. 16 to be guaranteed a race T-shirt. 

• Date: Sunday, Aug. 22
• Time: Packet pickup begins at 8 a.m.; 5K begins at 9 a.m.
• Location: WinterPlace Park Fairgrounds at the pavilion near the carnival. Course is run mostly on wooded trails.
• Registration Fees: Adults $25 / Kids 12 & Under: $15
